Tahini dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup tahini paste
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 TBS chopped scallion
  • 2 TBS chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic scape or garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper or to taste
  • 2 TBS cider or white wine vinegar
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • Paprika and/or cayenne to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients except the vinegar, lemon juice, and paprika/cayenne into a bowl. Stir with a spoon until combined and thickened.
  • When mixed well, whisk in the vinegar and lemon juice. Sprinkle with paprika or cayenne.
