cider or white wine vinegar

lemon juice
Paprika and/or cayenne to taste
Instructions
Put all the ingredients except the vinegar, lemon juice, and paprika/cayenne into a bowl. Stir with a spoon until combined and thickened.
When mixed well, whisk in the vinegar and lemon juice. Sprinkle with paprika or cayenne.
