Tahini dressing

Ingredients
- ½ cup tahini paste
- ¼ cup water
- 2 TBS chopped scallion
- 2 TBS chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp chopped garlic scape or garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper or to taste
- 2 TBS cider or white wine vinegar
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- Paprika and/or cayenne to taste
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients except the vinegar, lemon juice, and paprika/cayenne into a bowl. Stir with a spoon until combined and thickened.
- When mixed well, whisk in the vinegar and lemon juice. Sprinkle with paprika or cayenne.
