Ingredients
- 1 TBS sugar, honey, maple syrup
- 1 quart water
- 2-3 stalks rhubarb, trimmed and cut into 2-inch long pieces
Instructions
- Add sweetener of your choice to water and bring to a boil.
- Add rhubarb and reduce heat. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon.
