Ginger-soy-orange-sesame vinaigrette

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup sesame oil
- ⅓ cup rice wine vinegar
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 2 TBS sugar
- 2 TBS grated ginger
- ¼ cup orange juice
- Orange zest optional
- 2 TBS tahini paste
- 2 tsp minced fresh chile pepper of your choice or less if you don’t want it spicy
- Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a small jar with a tight cover and shake vigorously until they’re combined. Or put them in a bowl and whisk together.
