- 1 or 2 kohlrabi bulbs peeled and cut into slices or spears
- A selection of dips such as:

Instructions
- Place the crudités on paper towels for 10 to 15 minutes to dry them; then move them to a platter. Arrange a few bowls of dips around the crudité platter.
- Use your favorite salad dressing or one these as a dip, dunk, or spread for kohlrabi crudités: Lime Yogurt Sauce, Tahini Sauce, Tapenade.
