  • small blender

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup tahini paste
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 TBS chopped garlic scape chop in a small blender for best results
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and cayenne to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine the tahini paste and water; stir with a fork until all the water is absorbed and the dip is thickened.
  • Add the garlic scape and lemon juice, stir to combine.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper.
