chop in a small blender for best results

Salt and cayenne to taste
Instructions
Combine the tahini paste and water; stir with a fork until all the water is absorbed and the dip is thickened.
Add the garlic scape and lemon juice, stir to combine.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper.
