Ingredients
For the cake:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- finely grated zest of 2 lemons
- ¾ cup yogurt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup lemon basil, finely cropped
For the glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp milk
