Ingredients
  

For the cake:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • finely grated zest of 2 lemons
  • ¾ cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup lemon basil, finely cropped

For the glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp milk
