Stir fried snow or snap peas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • Fresh garlic to taste
  • Fresh ginger to taste
  • 1 basket sugar snap peas or snow peas
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat a shallow sauté pan on medium-high heat. Add oil. Once hot, add fresh garlic and ginger (to taste) and stir until fragrant.
  • Add sugar snap or snow peas and a splash of soy sauce to the pan and sauté for 3-5 minutes until the peas have softened.
  • Serve hot.
