Stir fried snow or snap peas

- 2 TBS olive oil
- Fresh garlic to taste
- Fresh ginger to taste
- 1 basket sugar snap peas or snow peas
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Heat a shallow sauté pan on medium-high heat. Add oil. Once hot, add fresh garlic and ginger (to taste) and stir until fragrant.
Add sugar snap or snow peas and a splash of soy sauce to the pan and sauté for 3-5 minutes until the peas have softened.
Serve hot.
