Ingredients
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 5 chopped garlic cloves or 2 chopped garlic scapes
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 TBS lime juice
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro parsley, or a combination
- Hot sauce or jalapeno to taste
Instructions
- Heat a pan on medium heat and add the oil. Add the chopped garlic or scapes and toss for about 45 seconds, until slightly soft. Allow to cool slightly.
- Add the garlic to a small food processor with the rest of the ingredients and pulse to combine.
- Taste and adjust salt and hot sauce.
