Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 TBS red wine vinegar
- ½ cup finely chopped parsley
- 3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped or minced
- 2 small red chilies, or 1 larger red chili, deseeded and finely chopped (about 1 TBS finely chopped chili)
- 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano or ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste (about ½ tsp)
