Ingredients
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup grated cucumber
- 2 TBS finely chopped scallion
- 1 TBS Dijon mustard
- 1 TBS finely chopped dill or other herbs
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small jar and close lid tightly. Shake well.
