Ingredients
- ¼ cup tahini paste
- ½ cup water
- 1 TBS chopped garlic scape chop in a small blender for best results
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and cayenne to taste
Instructions
- Combine the tahini paste and water; stir with a fork until all the water is absorbed and the dip is thickened.
- Add the garlic scape and lemon juice, stir to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper.
