Ingredients
- 1 Cup tightly packed with fresh herbs finely chopped: a combination of dill, parsley, basil, chives, oregano, tarragon, thyme
- 2 medium-large garlic cloves roughly chopped
- 1 scallion up to about 1 inch of the green part, chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon
Instructions
- In the bowl of a small food processor, combine all ingredients except for the lemon juice.
- Pulse a few times until the herbs are chopped fine but the bits are still there. Add the lemon juice and pulse one more time.
- Chill until ready to serve.
