tightly packed with fresh herbs
finely chopped: a combination of dill, parsley, basil, chives, oregano, tarragon, thyme

medium-large garlic cloves
roughly chopped

scallion
up to about 1 inch of the green part, chopped

salt

mayonnaise
¼
cup
sour cream
Zest and juice of ½ lemon
Instructions
In the bowl of a small food processor, combine all ingredients except for the lemon juice.
Pulse a few times until the herbs are chopped fine but the bits are still there. Add the lemon juice and pulse one more time.
Chill until ready to serve.
