Garlic scape stir fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1- inch piece of ginger peeled and grated
  • 2 tsp garlic-chili paste
  • 1 ½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grapeseed or canola oil
  • 15 garlic scapes sliced and trimmed into 2-inch long pieces

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat for one minute. Add the oil, swirl to coat, add the ginger, garlic-chili paste, and soy sauce. Sauté for about a minute, then add the garlic scapes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until blistered in spots.
