Kohlrabi crudites with dips, dunks, spreads

These are great snacks and first courses. They’re also good for picnics in the park and buffet parties.

  • Place the crudités on paper towels for 10 to 15 minutes to dry them; then move them to a platter. Arrange a few bowls of dips around the crudité platter.
  • Use your favorite salad dressing or one these as a dip, dunk, or spread for kohlrabi crudités: Lime Yogurt Sauce, Tahini Sauce, Tapenade.
