Orange-beet-berry smoothie

If you have leftover roasted beets, here’s a refreshing, nutritious way to use them. Any fruit can be added—melon, peaches, apples have all found their way into my beet smoothies.

Instructions
Put everything into a large blender and whirl until smooth.
