My sisters and I made this dressing up one day when we had all the ingredients on the table while making a salad. It was an instant hit.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ Cup cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar
  • 2 TBS honey
  • 1 TBS hot mustard optional
  • 2 TBS sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic or garlic scape
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl or put in a small jar with a tight lid and shake vigorously.
