This is a wonderful daikon radish salad that you can make ahead of time. It is simple and really delicious. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

daikon radish

sugar

Korean red pepper powder

salt

scallion
thinly sliced

clove
garlic,
minced

tsp
white vinegar
Instructions
Peel the daikon radishes and cut them into matchsticks.
Toss the radishes with red pepper powder, sugar, salt, green onion, and garlic.
Sprinkle the mixture with vinegar and mix well.
Adjust the flavorings to taste, adding additional salt, sugar or vinegar, if needed.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Tip:
You can use a julienne peeler to cut the daikon radish into matchsticks.
