Chinese-style cabbage and eggs

- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 TBS oil
- ½ head cabbage shredded
In a small bowl, mix the eggs with the salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add cabbage and sauté until tender crisp. Add a pinch of salt.
Add eggs and cook until fluffy. Sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
