Ingredients

lettuce
washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
½
cup
cherry tomatoes
halved, or 1 large tomato, sliced

meat
a combination of whatever you have on hand, slivered: bacon, chicken, turkey, beef, sausage, etc.

of your favorite dressing; creamy dressings such as ranch and buttermilk work well

avocado
cut into chunks

hard-boiled eggs
quartered
½
cup
croutons
Instructions
Line a large bowl with half the lettuce.
Toss the rest of the lettuce and the tomato and meat with the salad dressing, then add to the bowl.
Arrange the avocado and eggs on top. Sprinkle with croutons.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
