Ingredients
  

  • 1 small head cabbage thinly shredded (1 small head cabbage weighs about 1 lb)
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced (1 small red onion weighs about 6 oz)
  • Handful fresh mint and cilantro leaves minced
  • 1 to 2 green Thai bird chilies
  • 1 TBS juice from 1 lime plus more to taste
  • Kosher salt
