Chinese-style cabbage and eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 TBS oil
  • ½ head cabbage shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the eggs with the salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add cabbage and sauté until tender crisp. Add a pinch of salt.
  • Add eggs and cook until fluffy. Sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
